 s)
DESCRIPTION:“I’m just lucky”\, “I don’t belong here”\, “I’m
a fraud and people will find out”. Have thoughts like these crossed you
r mind before? If so\, you are definitely not alone. Imposter Syndrome des

rving success\, and misleading others about our abilities. It limits confi
dence and can actually lead to failure.\\r\\nIn this workshop\, participan
ts will learn how Imposter Syndrome can look like and what’s behind it\,
will assess their own level of Imposter Syndrome\, and will be guided thr
ough exercises that help to combat it\, all while having room to exchange
with other participants. The goal is to leave the workshop with a better u
nderstanding of Imposter Syndrome and tools to deal with it when it comes
up the next time.\\r\\nInstructor\\r\\nMaria Douneva [https://mariadouneva
.com/] is Professor of Business Psychology based in Berlin (SRH University
). She completed her BSc and MSc in Work/Organizational Psychology in Germ
any\, her PhD in Switzerland\, and spent several months as a visiting rese
archer in Paris\, Princeton\, and at NYU. With her work experience as a te
 am lead\, consultant\, trainer\, and coach\, she aims to make a positive d
ifference in people’s lives both inside and outside academia.\\r\\nRegis
 tration\\r\\nPlease register here [https://forms.gle/2V33rgyVfbthvjvJ7]\\r
\\nRegistered participants will receive the Zoom link once the registratio
n deadline (November 12) has passed. \\r\\nPlease note that this workshop
  is for postdoctoral researchers only.
