Th e reform covers key areas including employment conditions\, supervision an d mentoring\, career development\, protected research time\, teaching resp onsibilities\, family friendliness\, equality and inclusion\, personal int egrity and mental health\, and institutional monitoring.\\r\\nFollowing co nsultations with the stakeholders including faculties\, avuba and social p artners\, a broad consultation on the proposed measures took place during the autumn semester of 2025.
