DESCRIPTION:The extraordinary General Meeting is called to elect the audito
 rs who will review avuba’s financial report 2025.\\r\\nUsually\, the au
 ditors are elected at the ordinary General Meeting. As no candidates were 
 available at that time\, i.e. on 24 November 2025\, the positions could no
 t be filled.\\r\\nIn the meantime\, Tina Ternes (doctoral researcher at th
 e Faculty of Humanities) and Céline Fürer (doctoral researcher at the Fa
 culty of Medicine) have put themselves forward as candidates. Both fulfil 
 the statutory requirements.\\r\\nAs the auditors are appointed by the Gene
 ral Meeting\, we would like to invite you to attend the upcoming extraordi
 nary General Meeting\, which will take place online.The avuba members pres
 ent at the extraordinary General Meeting will be able to elect these candi
