avuba
- represents the interests of (post-)doctoral researchers within the university and on a national level;
- campaigns for favorable conditions and concrete perspectives for assistants;
- informs its members about issues concerning mid-level academia (about university and higher education matters);
- coordinates the representation of Group III (political participation) within the university;
- organizes lectures and career development opportunities in cooperation with the university;
- offers discreet and anonymous counselling on issues related to mid-level academia topics;
- funds projects that promote networking amongst PhD's and postdocs;
- creates and supports avuba working groups.
