The power of your subconscious - How to use self-hypnosis for stress relief

Coping with stress, inner peace, strengthen self-confidence and self-assurance. These are just a few examples of the many possibilities that hypnosis offers us.

  • What is hypnosis?
  • And how does hypnosis work?
  • How is it different from meditation?
  • And how does self-hypnosis work?

Rebecca talks about her path to self-employment as a hypnotherapist, clarifies the myths of hypnosis and shows in an exercise how we can use self-hypnosis to program our subconscious positively.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state. We are all in hypnosis several times a day without consciously knowing it. Hypnosis is the state between being awake and being asleep, which means that every person is in hypnosis at least twice a day. In the morning, when we wake up and open our eyes and, in the evening, when we go to bed and fall asleep.

Rebecca Dworazik worked and researched in the field of organizational culture for many years (Birkbeck University of London) before setting up her own business as a hypnotherapist. Rebecca is a certified Hypnotherapist completed her training at Gabriel Palacios in Bern, Switzerland. Today she supports people in releasing limiting beliefs, detaching from unpleasant feelings and in strengthening their own power, self-confidence and trust.
