Lunch talk: “Neurodiversity, personality traits and mental health at work”

Neurodiversity and personality traits have a great impact on how we navigate life at work and can influence our mental health. Topic: What is ADHD ?

Previous events by both Unibas and the Biozentrum have clearly shown that these topics as well as other insecurities, taboos and boundaries at work in general need space to be discussed. In this event, we will have two speakers. A researcher will explain in detail what ADHD is and another speaker will sharie their personal experience with ADHD and other neurodivergency traits.

This event is for:

PhDs, postdocs and university students (BS & Master) with an interest in neurodiversity and mental health who want to share experiences and support each other or learn more about the topic to better support colleagues and create an inclusive work culture.
