Lunchtime Meeting: An overview of the different types of (talk) therapies
We all face intense pressure and stress, both in our academic and personal lives. While these experiences can be incredibly rewarding, they can also take a significant toll on our mental and emotional well-being. Understanding the various types of therapy available can help you find the support that best suits your needs and promotes overall well-being.
In our upcoming talk, Carmen Frey will explore different therapeutic approaches and discuss how each can benefit managing our unique challenges. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

PhDs, postdocs and university students (BS & Master) with an interest in neurodiversity and mental health who want to share experiences in a safe space and learn more about the topic to better support colleagues and create an inclusive work culture.
