Nanny service

• Nanny Service for PhDs and postocs who live in Basel-Stadt or in directly neighboring municipalities.

• Hours of operation: Mon - Fri 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.; registration: Tel. 061 260 82 82.

• Costs: CHF 10 per hour for people entitled to cantonal discounts on health insurance premiums and CHF 20 per hour for everyone else. 

• If this service is not used more frequently by the end of March 2024, it will be stopped.

Travel fund - current submissions

• Doctoral researchers and postdocs who are breastfeeding and wish to attend conferences and other events with their baby may submit travel expenses for an accompanying person.
