The extraordinary General Meeting is called to elect the auditors who will review avuba’s financial report 2025.

Usually, the auditors are elected at the ordinary General Meeting. As no candidates were available at that time, i.e. on 24 November 2025, the positions could not be filled.

In the meantime, Tina Ternes (doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Humanities) and Céline Fürer (doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Medicine) have put themselves forward as candidates. Both fulfil the statutory requirements.

As the auditors are appointed by the General Meeting, we would like to invite you to attend the upcoming extraordinary General Meeting, which will take place online.
The avuba members present at the extraordinary General Meeting will be able to elect these candidates.
