Lunchtime Meeting: Nonviolent Communication - How Do I Say...? And Make My Life Easier.
* This seminar is part of a series of seminars on neurodiversity and mental health in academia, organized by Compass-Mind and avuba.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) helps cultivate a deeper understanding of one’s own perceptions, emotions, and needs while offering strategies for effective expression.
Helen and Dominik from redenistsilber teach methods that foster connection with yourself, your peers, and others. With extensive experience in Nonviolent Communication, they lead seminars for private individuals, companies, and educational institutions. Learn more about them at www.redenistsilber.ch.
We’ll explore practical ways to integrate NVC into everyday life.
Lunch will be provided during the event.
This event is for:
PhDs, postdocs and university students (BS & Master) with an interest in neurodiversity and mental health who want to share experiences in a safe space and learn more about the topic to better support colleagues and create an inclusive work culture.
