• Part two: How to identify changes in mental health?

Discussions on use cases of critical situations (45-60 min) 

• Part three: How to deal with mental health in the workplace?

Methods and tools for practice, such as emotion regulation andself-efficacy

For whom and how to register

Open to skuba and avuba members.

If you wish, you can share your experiences and questions related to mental health issues during your time at the university in the registration form and we will discuss them anonymously as use cases at the workshop.

*You can also join parts of the event if you don't have time for all three. There will be input, Q&A, thought experiments, group exercises, moments to share experiences and collect wishes for support.
